Dr. Zelinka has been practicing in Ohio for the past 15 years and uses a very gentle adjustment technique called the Activator Method.
The Activator instrument is a spring loaded, hand held tool that allows Dr. Zelinka to make a very specific joint adjustment with minimum force. The instrument delivers a controlled, light and fast thrust without causing strain to patients. It is so quick that the patient's body muscles are less likely to resist, allowing for a more comfortable adjustment. It is gentle enough that it can be used for patients of all ages.
