We Offer:
Education for newly diagnosed adults and children with Type I and II diabetes. This is usually done through a series of four sessions, focusing on carbohydrate counting, nutrition counseling, medication, insulin therapy, exercise, pattern management and preventing complications.

Re-education for existing diabetics and out of control diabetics, as well as medication and insulin management.

Diabetes is a complex disease that requires daily self management, making healthy food choices, staying physically active, monitoring your blood sugar and taking medication as prescribed by your physician.All the required exams and tests are available on site with quick results:
It is also important to talk regularly with your diabetes management team to solve problems, reduce risk for complications and cope with lifestyle changes. As a key member of your diabetic management team, diabetic educators can help you learn how to take care of yourself. They guide you through your treatment and help you with any fears, issues and problems you may encounter along the way. We also offer a diabetic support group which focuses on diabetic education and disease management, including nutrition, exercise, social support and more.
