Laura J. Waldron, MD, CDE, FAAFP, DABFP
Dr. Waldron, Certified Diabetic Educator, received her medical degree from the University of Maryland in Baltimore, Maryland in 1974. Dr. Waldron is board certified in family practice and is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice. She has been practicing family medicine in the area for more than 30 years.
Vicki Lear, PA-C
Vicki received her bachelor’s of science degree from Kettering College of Medical Arts and a master’s of science degree from A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona. She has been working with Dr. Waldron for over 15 years and specifically in diabetic education for more than four years. She is a certified Physician Assistant.
Joyce Dodge, RN, CDE, CPT
As a Certified Diabetic Educator, Joyce has provided diabetic education for the LMPC Diabetic Center since its inception. She is a Certified Pump Trainer and has an extensive background in critical care. Joyce has been teamed up with Dr. Waldron and Vicki Lear, PA-C, for more than seven years.
Lisa Diller, RN, CPT
Lisa has worked for the LMPC Diabetic Center for two years, providing extensive diabetic training for hospital patients, as well as in the outpatient setting. Lisa is a Certified Pump Trainer and manages insulin pumps on a daily basis. She has had extensive experience with childhood diabetes for the past 12 years.
Mary J. Kimmet RN, CPT
Mary has been a registered nurse for more than 12 years. She has extensive experience in hemodyalisis. Mary provides diabetic education and support in an inpatient and outpatient setting.
